Following the letter sent to you by Mr. Jouanjean on 28 February 2002, please find herewith the documents which we can provide you following your request under points 2 and 3 of your letter dated 13 February 2002. We are unable to fulfil your request for a list of meetings with representatives of the European Services Forum as this kind of record does not exist.

While transmitting these documents, I would like to remind you that, according to the Code of Conduct on Access to Documents from the Council and Commission, these documents cannot be copied, printed or sent for commercial purposes without previous agreement from the Commission.
