Dear Sir, Madam,
Referring to Regulation (EC) No 104912001 on public access to Commission documents, I would herewith like to ask for access to the following Commission documents:
- a list of all meetings that took place since January 2000 between European Commissioner Pascal Lamy, members of his Cabinet and other DG Trade staff and representatives of the European Services Forum (ESF).
- all EC reports of meetings that took place since January 2000 (including minutes/notes) between European Commissioner Pascal Lamy, members of his Cabinet and other DG Trade staff and representatives of the European Services Forum (ESF).
- all correspondence since January 2000 (including email) from European Commissioner Pascal Lamy, members of his Cabinet and other DG Trade staff to representatives of the European Services Forum (ESF), excluding correspondence that was also sent to non-business NGOs.
